San Miguel Fruit Shop, a prominent local business in San Miguel Island in the Azores, distributes its products to all islands of the Azores, as well as other islands, and also to mainland Portugal. They are importers and exporters with over 30 years of experience.

The absence of an integrated system led to a myriad of issues, including order inaccuracies, inventory management difficulties, and breakdowns in communication between departments. This resulted in additional costs and an unsatisfactory experience for customers.
